As I spent time in prayer, the Lord began to impress upon my heart how often children are overlooked when it comes to prayer and worship. So often, our focus is on the spiritual growth of adults, but God reminded me how precious it is to nurture faith in children from a young age. Their hearts are open, their spirits receptive, and they have the same need to connect with God as we do. This is why I was led to create this new line of Heavenly Silks with children of all ages in mind.

Handmade with soft, hand-dyed 8 momme weight Mulberry Silk, created in an atmosphere filled with prayer, praise and worship.

Heavenly Silks come in different sizes that can be used in different ways. When tied to our 100% natural beech wood ring they become worship streamers! Each ring has been carefully sanded by hand to ensure a smooth finish, making it perfect for little hands to grasp and explore. Silks are also ideal for attaching to toys, bottles and cups to help ease gripping or simply to use creative play by themselves as security silks and receiving blankets.

How to Use Heavenly Silks in Worship
Waving, Dance and Movement- Heavenly Silks can be used to enrich worship experiences. The flowing movement of the silks invites joyful expression during worship for children and adults alike.

Incorporating Heavenly Silks into Prayer:
Use silks to create a calm, inviting space for quiet reflection or prayer walks, allowing the textures and colors to focus the mind and heart on God.

Engaging in Creative Play:
Beyond worship and prayer, Heavenly Silks inspire creative play. Children can use them for storytelling, dress-up, and building creative spaces where faith and fun intertwine. From constructing forts to acting out Bible stories, these silks are perfect for encouraging spiritual discovery through creative play.

Heavenly’s Silks are made with care and safety in mind.
However, Please Always Supervise Babies and Young children during use. Ensure the silk and/or ring are regularly checked for wear and tear. Always remember, safety and care go hand in hand with your child’s development.
These silks should always be used and enjoyed in a safe and nurturing environment, and ALWAYS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.

Care Instructions:

Silk:
Hand wash in cold water with mild gentle soap or baby shampoo. Rinse throughly with cold water. Wring in a towel and Hang to dry.
Avoid using a washer or dryer to maintain the quality of the silk.

Beech Wooden Ring:
Handwashing Only—Be sure to dry thoroughly afterward.
